**Key Responsibilities**

As a User Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing user registrations and providing timely responses to customer inquiries and trouble tickets.

  • Collaborating with the IT department and external providers to administer, evolve, and upgrade the EGNOS Helpdesk ticketing tool.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of experience in a field relevant to helpdesk and service desk activities.
  • An engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A high level of English proficiency (B2-C1).
