**Key Responsibilities**
As a User Support Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing user registrations and providing timely responses to customer inquiries and trouble tickets.

- Collaborating with the IT department and external providers to administer, evolve, and upgrade the EGNOS Helpdesk ticketing tool.

**Requirements**

- 3 years of experience in a field relevant to helpdesk and service desk activities.
- An engineering degree or equivalent.
