About the Role:

Ebury, a leading FinTech firm, is seeking a highly skilled Global People Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing business strategy and the global HR people agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders and their management teams to develop and implement people strategies that drive business results.
  • Manage a team of Local People Partners based in different countries globally.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to managers on people-related issues and change projects.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR Team to analyze trends and metrics that impact workforce performance.
  • Act as a global project manager for HR generalist matters, including Compensation & Benefits strategy, Learning paths, Performance, and New policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a HR Business Partner role, ideally within a scale-up/high-growth organization.
  • Knowledge or experience in the Financial Services sector would be an asset.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork capabilities.
  • Experience as HRBP in other countries outside of Spain is essential.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential in both spoken and written forms; other languages would be a plus.
