We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our People & Culture department, you will play a critical role in supporting our Finance and Legal teams, as well as collaborating with cross-functional specialists to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Finance and Legal Teams: Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Finance and Legal teams on people-related matters, including policy application, compensation discussions, talent development plans, and performance management.
- Coach and Guide Employees and Managers: Offer coaching and guidance to employees and managers on various people-related topics, including employee relations, organizational culture, and change management.
- Strategic People-Related Matters: Work on a wide range of strategic people-related projects, including team structure optimization, employee engagement and retention, organizational culture, and change management.
- Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to develop our compensation philosophy and other reward mechanisms, as well as advising leaders on compensation decisions.
- Performance Management: Support performance management processes and initiatives, including designing and implementing new performance management workflows as part of our Workday rollout.
- People Processes and Systems: Partner with the broader People & Culture team to design, implement, administer, and manage people processes and systems throughout the organization to build and maintain culture across our global team.
- Staffing Strategy and Hiring: Advise and consult on staffing strategy and hiring decisions of leaders and other key strategic positions in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, as well as support and drive succession and talent planning efforts.
- Employee Relations: Manage a range of complex Employee Relations cases across multiple geographies, including the UK, US, and Spain.
About You:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in employee relations, HR, and business partnering. You should have a solid understanding of employment legislation and experience working closely with Finance, Accounting, and/or Legal functions in startup or scale-up environments. Additionally, you should be accustomed to working closely with business leaders as a strategic thought partner, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed.
