Seller Engagement Associate with German Language Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seller Engagement Associate to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting Amazon Selling Partners in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional written and oral communication to Amazon Selling Partners, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, effectively managing sensitive issues and portraying the company in a positive light.
- Work independently, utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures to achieve high-quality results.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, proactively aiding team members with difficult contacts and maintaining acceptable performance metrics.
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills, identifying trends and suggesting improvements.
- Liaise with other departments, such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams, to resolve Selling Partner's issues and questions.
Your day will be filled with driving seller engagement, guiding Selling Partners through new and existing legislative requirements, and ensuring friction-free selling on Amazon platforms. You will work with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback, and suggest process improvements to enhance the seller experience.
About the TeamWe are a dynamic team of 300+ members from over 25 nationalities, with a strong focus on innovation, inclusion, and building others. Our team is located in sunny Barcelona, and we prioritize having fun while working hard.
Requirements- Language: English + German
- 6+ months experience in a customer service or contact center environment
- Demonstrated desire to expand skills into new areas
- Effective communication, composure, and professional attitude
- Exemplary performance record, particularly with regard to quality & productivity
- Computers & Internet savvy
- Process improvement awareness and experience
- Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility
- German language is mandatory for this role
- Other EU languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish would be an advantage
- Business acumen in areas of Global e-commerce and retail
- Committed Selling Partner advocate, drive process & tool improvements
- Good data analysis skill
- Expert in Excel and other office tools
