What You Can Expect

We're looking for a Senior Business Solution Consultant to join our team. As a key player, you'll advise and coach our business colleagues on Salesforce-based solutions, focusing on service-oriented processes. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration, deployment, and optimization of our digital products.

Responsibilities
  • Consult with business stakeholders and end-users to gather complex requirements
  • Develop design solutions for implementation, ensuring continuous integration and deployment
  • Coach team colleagues with less experience
  • Explore and drive new innovative features to enhance the end-user and customer experience
Qualifications
  • Completed university degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with a focus on IT/Digitalization
  • Several years of experience with CRM's, agile methodologies, and tools like Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps
  • Hands-on consulting and customization experience in Salesforce, interfaces, web, or cloud solutions
