As a Senior Business Solution Consultant, you will be part of a dynamic team that develops and implements cutting-edge digital solutions for our customers. Your expertise will be essential in creating and maintaining a high level of process automation across multiple digital channels, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Advise and coach business colleagues on service-oriented processes, leveraging our Customer Success Platform based on Salesforce.
- Develop design solutions for implementation, ensuring continuous integration, deployment, and optimization of our digital product.
- Ensure processes are aligned with the strategic customer approach of our business units.
- Explore and drive new innovative features, including AI, to enhance the end-user and customer experience.
- Coach team colleagues with less experience, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Qualifications
- Completed university degree in Business Informatics or Business Administration with a focus on IT/Digitalization or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of working experience with CRM's, including Salesforce.
- Knowledge and applied know-how in agile working methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on consulting and customization experience in Salesforce, interfaces, web, or cloud solutions, with Salesforce certifications.
