As a Senior Solution Consultant, you'll act as a technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage, assisting sales personnel in qualifying commercial customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis for strategic accounts.
You'll exhibit mastery of the Sales process and serve as a trusted advisor for account representatives, working under the direction of a practice manager to grow the practice.

Requirements
5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Presales Certification, and Sales Certification.
ITIL Foundations and Scrum Master Certified are desired, as well as experience with ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM, SecOps, GRC, and IRM modules.
A Computer Science or Engineering degree or equivalent is preferred, along with planning and organizational skills, the ability to solve complex business issues, and effective customer relationships.
