About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to join our team at Goodays, a leading Customer Experience Management Platform. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in our exponential growth plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales executives to craft differentiated value propositions addressing customer pain points.
  • Develop and maintain value content that highlights key product features.
  • Serve as the primary internal sales resource for 1st-level product and technical presentations.
  • Establish a pre-sales framework to accelerate the sales cycle, focusing on understanding customer needs and building compelling value propositions.
  • Facilitate prospect understanding while coordinating with Engagement Managers and Solution Engineers for seamless sales alignment.
  • Build a dynamic demonstration framework using scripts aligned with key value themes, ensuring updates to fit evolving product messaging.
  • Manage customer expectations by leveraging our unique differentiators, and supporting the sales bid process including RFI/RFP responses.
  • Act as a key liaison between sales, product management, and marketing, providing customer feedback to improve product offerings.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor landscapes, supporting global sales efforts across France, UK, EMEA, and ROW.
Requirements
  • Fluent in written and verbal English and French.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Significant experience in a pre-sales/consultant role, at least 5 years.
  • Understanding sales processes and knowledge of sales methodologies (SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, TAS, Helping Client Succeed) or project methodologies (PERT, Agile, Lean Management, Prince2, Kanban).
  • Exposure or good understanding of some of our customer journeys and our target industries (Retail, Banking, DIY, E&B, Automotive, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry is mandatory and the internet industry is a plus.
  • Proven experience in scoping, proposing, and recommending approaches leading to delivering high customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to drive customers, and communicate effectively with customers in an international environment.
  • Strong experience in managing multiple projects at the same time, great organizational skills, and experience in managing projects.
