Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to join our sales team in France. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our exponential growth plan.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales executives to craft compelling value propositions that address customer pain points.
- Develop and maintain value content that highlights key product features and benefits.
- Serve as the primary internal sales resource for product and technical presentations.
- Establish a pre-sales framework to accelerate the sales cycle and improve customer understanding.
- Facilitate prospect understanding and coordinate with Engagement Managers and Solution Engineers for seamless sales alignment.
- Build dynamic demonstration frameworks using scripts aligned with key value themes.
- Manage customer expectations and support the sales bid process, including RFI/RFP responses.
- Act as a liaison between sales, product management, and marketing, providing customer feedback to improve product offerings.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor landscapes, supporting global sales efforts.
- Fluent in written and verbal English and French.
- Strong presentation skills and significant experience in a pre-sales/consultant role.
- Understanding of sales processes and knowledge of sales methodologies or project methodologies.
- Exposure to customer journeys and target industries, such as Retail, Banking, and DIY.
- Knowledge of the SaaS industry and the internet industry is a plus.
- Proven experience in scoping, proposing, and recommending approaches leading to high customer satisfaction.
- Ability to drive customers and communicate effectively in an international environment.
- Strong experience in managing multiple projects and great organizational skills.
