**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solution Consultant to join our team in Spain. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will play a critical role in assisting sales personnel in qualifying commercial customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis for strategic accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Act as a technical point of contact during the pre-sales stage, providing expertise and guidance to sales personnel.
  • Perform pre-demo needs analysis for one or more strategic accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of customer requirements.
  • Exhibit mastery of the sales process and serve as a trusted advisor for account representatives.
  • Work closely with the practice manager to grow the practice and drive business development.

**Requirements**

We are seeking a confident, curious, and experienced ServiceNow Senior Solution Consultant who is an expert in a specific technology or product line. As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will:

  • Perform product demonstrations, both standard and customized, to potential and existing customers.
  • Plan and conduct proof of concept and proof of value with potential customers.
  • Respond to requests for information/proposal documents and stay up-to-date on product developments/releases.
  • Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert at executive briefings and marketing events.
