Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing pricing and inventory to maximize revenue and profits for our hotels. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room rates and inventory allocation.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of revenue and occupancy data.
  • Provide revenue analysis and forecasting to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hotel managers and sales teams.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in revenue management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in revenue management tools and systems, such as PMS and Channel Manager.
