Senior Commercial Director

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Director to join our team at The Rank Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new market opportunities.
- Pricing and Promotions: Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and customer acquisition costs to optimize revenue growth.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage the commercial budget, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals to achieve the digital strategic business plan.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, influencers, and affiliates to expand our reach and influence.
- Customer Focus: Ensure customer experiences are best in class by reducing customer friction points and fostering a customer-centric culture.
- Senior Leadership Experience: Demonstrable experience in a senior-level commercial or operational leadership role.
- iGaming Industry Expertise: Proven success in leading and managing an iGaming brand P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic Planning: Demonstrated track record of designing and implementing strategic plans to achieve commercial objectives.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, coupled with an analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
- Financial Acumen: Financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and driving financial performance.
