Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned sales director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business success. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including B2C/B2B/KAM.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals and contracts.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
  • Set and communicate sales targets, quotas, and KPIs to the team, and ensure they are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards, and provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales leader who has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams. The ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a B2C/B2B/KAM sales team in the digital industry or in Telemarketing.Knowledge of the real estate sector will be valued.Existing network in the relocation industry would be a great asset.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Fluent in Spanish and English.Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus.Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and changes.Confident to work in cross-functional teams.Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
