Job Title: Senior CRM Executive

At DAZN, we're revolutionizing the sports industry with innovative technology and a passion for customer experience. We're seeking a Senior CRM Executive to lead our CRM strategy and drive personalized customer interactions.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned CRM professional with a proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM strategies. As our Senior CRM Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the CRM strategy for Spain, aligning with our global strategy
  • Developing and optimizing customer journeys to deliver personalized experiences
  • Working closely with the Marketing Team, Customer Service, and Programming to execute the strategy
  • Providing regular analysis and reporting on success metrics, such as customer conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Developing deep insights into our customer base and sharing them with the wider Marketing, Product, and Editorial teams
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience leading CRM initiatives from end-to-end, with a strong understanding of digital CRM media, email, and mobile app campaign management
  • Proven skills in analytics, conversion optimization, and problem-solving
  • Proficiency with Marketing Automation Technology Platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful customer initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment
