As a key player in our Marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our CRM strategy, driving customer engagement, and delivering personalized experiences that exceed our fans' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and optimize our local CRM strategy, aligning with our global strategy to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Own the execution of the strategy, working closely with our Marketing Team, Customer Service, and Programming teams.
- Provide regular analysis and reporting on key metrics, including customer conversion, engagement, and retention.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customer base and share insights with our Marketing, Product, Editorial, and Customer Service teams.
- Proven experience in leading CRM initiatives from end-to-end, with a strong understanding of digital CRM media, email, and mobile app campaign management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and multitask with ease.
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Technology Platforms and a strong understanding of engagement and retention metrics.
- A passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact in the sports industry.
