We're looking for a talented Senior CRM Executive to join our team at DAZN, a global sports streaming platform that's revolutionizing the industry.

About the Role

As a Senior CRM Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our local CRM strategy, including customer journey optimization, to deliver personalized experiences throughout the entire customer journey. You'll work closely with our Marketing Team, Customer Service, and Programming teams to drive engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize the local CRM strategy, aligning with our global strategy
  • Own the execution of the strategy, supported by central and local resources
  • Work with the Marketing Team, Customer Service, and Programming teams to drive engagement and retention
  • Provide regular analysis and reporting on success metrics, including customer conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer base and share insights with the wider Marketing, Product, and Editorial teams
Requirements
  • Experience leading CRM initiatives from end-to-end, including strategy, execution, analysis, and reporting
  • Proven experience in digital CRM media, email, and mobile app campaign management, analytics, and conversion optimization
  • Strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, and ability to work in a deadline-driven dynamic work environment
  • Proficiency with Marketing Automation Technology Platforms
  • Understanding of engagement and retention metrics
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative international environment
