About the Role

We are seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to manage the activation of customer data and develop an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ESPs, and will be able to develop and optimize CRM flows to drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a CRM strategy and communications plan leveraging appropriate marketing channels
  • Manage the activation of customer data to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies
  • Support the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and contact strategies
  • Define key client segments for improved targeting and CRM program effectiveness
  • Ensure all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed
About You

We are looking for a commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven individual with experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in HTML, good copywriting skills, and the ability to communicate in English fluently.
