About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Sales Director to lead our International Consulting Services Sales organization and the International Project Management Office (PMO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a holistic approach to the client consulting relationship, including sales, implementation strategy, and integration with Oracle Health across the markets in EMEA and APAC.
- Manage sales of Oracle consulting services, including negotiating price, other concessions, and terms and conditions of the sale.
- Network and develop strong business relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic and tactical planning for the division.
- Responsible for coaching, performance management, and career development of staff.
- Participate in the recruiting process and make hiring decisions.
- Manage budget and manage escalations.
- Strong leadership skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, industry experience, and able to develop executive-level relationships.
- Strong Oracle product knowledge preferred.
- BA/BS preferred.
- 7-10 years direct sales experience and experience managing staff.
- Willing to travel regionally.
