Are you a results-driven Sales Director looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Ophtec Bv as a Sales Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion in Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers and Independent Sales Reps to increase market share throughout Spain
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and new distribution channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with opinion leaders and strategic partners in the ophthalmic field
- Collaborate with the Finance Director to achieve business objectives and revenue targets
- Proven success in driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and developing successful sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Excellent negotiation skills, highly motivated, and able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Good knowledge of the English language (speaking and writing)
- Experience with P&L responsibility
