Unlock Your Potential as a Cloud Business Development Manager

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Business Development Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth and customer acquisition in the French market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted outbound sales strategies to maximize customer value
  • Lead a team of sales professionals in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set and deploy sales plans and strategies
  • Mentor and develop young sales professionals to achieve their full potential
  • Monitor team performance and create scaling mechanisms to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership positions in a result-oriented environment
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring young professionals
  • Strong understanding of AWS and/or technology as a service (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
  • Fluent in French and English
