Lead a High-Performing Sales Development Team

TravelPerk is seeking an experienced Sales Development Team Leader to drive the success of our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in Barcelona. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies that contribute to the growth and success of TravelPerk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of up to 10 SDRs and engage individuals to achieve target success
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with the team to ensure continued success in target achievement
  • Setup monthly development objectives for the team and review employee performance
  • Coach and mentor a world-class cross-functional team, focusing on constant skill development
  • Identify individual and team training needs, onboard, and train new salespeople
  • Have an in-depth understanding of TravelPerk products to provide mentorship for your SDR team
  • Work in partnership with other SDR Managers and internal stakeholders to develop educational material
  • Design training sessions based on collected call recordings and create effective training programs
Requirements:
  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation, ideally in a SaaS or tech-related industry, with a proven track record of success
  • Previous experience in a leadership, management, or coaching role
  • Strong understanding of the sales development process from lead generation to opportunity creation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Very creative and solution-driven attitude
  • Hand-on experience creating presentations, e.g., videos or slides
  • Ability to design effective training programs and data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret performance metrics
