Corporate Business Development Director, Spain

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Business Development Director to join our team at IE University. As a key member of our Corporate Relations department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining new corporate accounts in Spain, with a focus on driving business growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities in Spain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Spanish market.
- Develop and manage business plans, budgets, and forecasts to achieve business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance and support to internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with Arabic a plus.
- 5+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing business development strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
