Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Assist in coordinating the daily operations of Alohas' transportation and warehousing (both inbound and outbound).
- Support multiple projects aimed at improving logistics processes and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate day-to-day transportation and warehousing activities.
- Support logistics-related projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the import and export activities, ensuring compliance with domestic and international laws.
- Assist in defining and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in reporting on operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and help solve bottlenecks in the network.
- Analyze data from different sources to develop logistics operations KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Foster open communication and collaboration with peers to positively impact the organization's results.
- Advance in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Analytical skills to manage and interpret data.
