Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled German Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues related to account management, product inquiries, and troubleshooting.
  • Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Problem-Solving: Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues, providing insights and feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support, leveraging technology and learning new systems quickly.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Native German speaker with B2/C1 English proficiency.
  • Location: Must reside in Madrid and be able to work on-site during the first 6 weeks.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
