Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled German Customer Service Representative to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in both German and English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues related to account management, product inquiries, troubleshooting, and other service-related requests.
  • Assist customers with navigating our products and services, including handling order changes, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Provide insights and feedback on recurring issues to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
  • Native German speaker with B2/C1 English proficiency.
  • Must reside in Madrid and be able to work on-site during the first 6 weeks.
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously after the training period and provide remote support.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems quickly.
