Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled German Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our German-speaking clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service related to banking issues, account opening, access password locks, transfers, and other banking-related topics.
  • Manage back office tasks such as responding to emails, WhatsApp messages, and other customer inquiries.
  • Offer banking products and services to our clients, ensuring they are aware of our innovative digital banking solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, transparency, and client protection standards.
  • Report and follow up on any anomalies or issues that arise during the application process.
  • Meet quality standards and sales objectives set by the company.
Requirements
  • Native or near-native proficiency in German (C2 level).
  • Excellent English language skills (C1 level).
  • Relevant studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Experience in banking is a plus, but not mandatory.
