Customer Service Representative

Join Chegg Busuu, a leading EdTech company, as a Customer Service Representative and be part of a dynamic team that empowers people through languages.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries in English and either German, French, or Polish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for responding to customer emails and live chat sessions, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming queries in a timely manner
  • Resolve customer issues and provide solutions
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Log new bugs for our Technical and Education team to fix
  • Handle customer complaints and provide alternatives within time limits
  • Process refunds and check payment statuses according to our refund policy
  • Escalate and share new issues with peers and manager
Requirements
  • Expertise in assisting customers using our app (mobile app and website)
  • Ability to work Saturday to Wednesday (Thursday & Friday off) (12pm - 9pm)
  • Interest in digital services and new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills in the languages you offer (German, French, or Polish)
  • Ability to retain and delight customers
  • Empathy and a willingness to help customers
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to investigate customer complaints
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
