Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Orthodontics Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with dental professionals, promoting our ClearCorrect orthodontic solutions, and driving business growth in Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including orthodontists, general dentists, and dental specialists.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote ClearCorrect orthodontic solutions, including product demonstrations, case presentations, and customer support.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of ClearCorrect solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to continuously improve sales strategies and product offerings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or account management experience in the dental or medical industry.
  • Strong track record of sales success, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with dental professionals.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports on sales metrics and customer behavior.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
