About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager, Network Growth to join our team at EcoVadis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our network of assessed companies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their successful completion of the EcoVadis evaluation process.
  2. Business Development: Identify and target high-value customers, using sales tactics and strategies to engage them successfully and drive business growth.
  3. Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor your portfolio to maximize conversion rates and drive business results.
  4. Pipeline Development: Proactively nurture and build your pipeline, re-engage customers, and maximize inflow.
  5. Commercial Awareness: Display commercial awareness to identify business opportunities and drive business growth.
  6. Risk Management: Identify risks to the customer's successful completion of the EcoVadis evaluation process and actively work to mitigate issues before they happen.
  7. CSR Expertise: Develop expertise in CSR to overcome objections and drive business growth.
  8. Insights and Reporting: Capture and record internal and customer-sourced insights, then proactively report and contribute as necessary to bridge gaps between customer expectations and participation.
  9. KPI Management: Be accountable for driving a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate and quality score.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or upselling/inside sales.
  2. Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to large groups.
  4. Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Autonomy: Autonomous and proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  6. CRM Experience: Experience with Salesforce or CRM software preferred.
  7. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  8. Enthusiasm: Enthusiasm and motivation to improve customer experience.
