About the Role

FeverUp is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Legal Counsel to support our corporate expansion efforts worldwide. As a key member of our legal team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on corporate and operationally relevant matters to support the growth and sustained development of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough legal research across multiple jurisdictions to provide preliminary analyses of expansion opportunities for FeverUp's business and possible strategies and structures.
  2. Identify, engage, and work with external legal advisors, professionals, and corporate services providers to support FeverUp's new and existing corporate structure.
  3. Draft and review a range of legal and corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
  4. Stay up-to-date on key country trends, politics, and legislation that may impact expansion into specific countries.
  5. Advise on general legal matters related to FeverUp's global operations, including compliance and risk management.
  6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and practice effective communication to achieve strategic priorities.
  7. Take responsibility for knowledge management, including preparation and revision of templates, legal guides, and memos.
  8. Participate in ongoing corporate compliance functions as required.
  9. Upskill, support, and grow other team members.
Requirements
  • A barred or practicing lawyer with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (Corporate Law experience a plus).
  • A native English speaker, with fluency in another language a plus.
  • A creative and practical problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a passion for facing new intellectual challenges and honing risk assessment and management skills.
  • A team-player and effective communicator who brings emotional intelligence to work.
