**Job Summary**
As a Junior Associate Counsel at Skydance, you will play a key role in providing legal support across all areas of the company. This dynamic and fast-paced role will involve administering, reviewing, and drafting legal agreements, as well as working closely with production teams, Human Resources, Finance, and Technology.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Arrange for the execution of agreements, amendments, and other contractual documents.
- Manage the electronic storage and circulation of contracts, ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Assist with contracts and related inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Draft, review, and administer all types of production-related contracts, including non-disclosure agreements and Independent Contractors agreements.
- Work closely with production teams, Human Resources, Finance, and Technology on issues arising in production, communicating contractual risks and obligations.
- Ensure legal policies and contracts are applied across productions on a consistent basis.
- Prepare legal correspondence, including termination letters, extensions, and amendments.
- Assist with the creation and drafting of documentation for existing and new policies and procedures, including drafting and updating procedures, processes, and policies.
- Respond to legal inquiries, raise and escalate legal issues as necessary.
- Track and prepare reports relating to the status of agreements and other activities.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Law required, preferably with a Master's degree for Admission to the Bar.
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house experience in the entertainment industry preferred.
- High-level proficiency in Spanish and English.
