Position Overview:

You will engage with high-profile clients from a prominent digital bank in Europe, offering savings guidance and introducing innovative banking solutions that yield substantial returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service related to banking inquiries, including account setup, password recovery, and fund transfers.
  • Manage back-office tasks such as responding to emails and messages across various platforms.
  • Promote banking products effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with transparency and client protection regulations regarding investment products.
  • Identify and report any discrepancies that arise during service delivery.
  • Meet quality standards and sales targets established by the organization.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Relevant studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law are advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Fluency in German is essential.
