Position Overview:
You will engage with high-profile clients from a prominent digital bank in Europe, offering savings guidance and introducing innovative banking solutions that yield substantial returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service related to banking inquiries, including account setup, password recovery, and fund transfers.
- Manage back-office tasks such as responding to emails and messages across various platforms.
- Promote banking products effectively.
- Ensure compliance with transparency and client protection regulations regarding investment products.
- Identify and report any discrepancies that arise during service delivery.
- Meet quality standards and sales targets established by the organization.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Relevant studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law are advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
- Fluency in German is essential.
