As a Sales Order Specialist II, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal Sales Teams and internal Eco System. Your main objective will be to prepare and validate Quotations and Order Forms within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze customers' inventory, existing, and previous contracts to ensure accurate and compliant orders.
  2. Generate and support Quotes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  3. Prepare Contracts/Order Forms, capturing all necessary approvals and non-standard requirements.
  4. Submit deals upon signature of Contract/Order Form, ensuring seamless order processing.
Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers by leveraging in-depth knowledge of company services, including:

  1. Legal support and contractual agreement generation.
  2. Ensure orders comply with established licensing policies, Corporate, SOX, and Revenue Recognition policies and procedures.
  3. Submit orders on time, adhering to established order submission deadlines.
  4. Validate and process orders with focus on accuracy and completion.
  5. Licensing and software accounting, legal operations, and understanding of license revenue recognition requirements.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Fluency in Spanish and English, with Arabic and/or Hebrew being a significant advantage.
  2. Basic understanding of the sales environment.
  3. Ability to remain focused with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Proficiency in CRM Tools, such as Salesforce, and ZUORA.
  5. Knowledge of pricing in a SaaS/On Prem & Mainframe environment business.
  6. Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
