Sales Order Specialist II

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Order Specialist to join our team at BMC Software, Inc. This role will be responsible for working closely with our internal Sales Teams and supporting our internal Eco System.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze customers' inventory, existing and previous contracts to ensure accurate order preparation.
- Generate and support quotes, preparing contracts and order forms within agreed SLAs.
- Support primarily the Israel and Middle East region, with possible ad hoc support of other regions as needed.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-4 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required, Arabic and/or Hebrew is a plus.
- Basic understanding of the sales environment, CRM tools, and pricing in a SaaS/On Prem & Mainframe environment.
- Ability to remain focused with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
