Euronet Worldwide EFT division is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team in Spain.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with our international Operations team in a dynamic and rapidly expanding company. The successful candidate will be based in our Alcobendas office in Madrid.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve network efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Manage and control warehouse processes, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Euronet Central Operations teams to address and mitigate potential incidents.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve processes.
  • Plan and manage stock and inventory to optimize resources and meet demand.
  • Demonstrate quick problem-solving abilities by coordinating with personnel from other companies.
  • Lead projects and manage processes to enhance overall operations and achieve goals.

**Requirements**

  • Engineering background, preferably in Industrial Organization and Logistics Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
  • English B2, fluency in Spanish.
  • High learning capacity and adaptability to change.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on mentality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

**Desirable Skills**

  • Experience in hardware or software.
  • Remote communication skills.
  • Logistics/warehousing experience.
  • Knowledge of payment systems or Cash In Transit Companies.
