Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Cepsa Química. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting the sale of chemical intermediates, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Assistance, Supply Chain, and Finance, to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Negotiate sales conditions and formalize contracts with customers.
  • Conduct market studies and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Attract and retain new customers, while maintaining a strong portfolio of existing customers.
  • Manage customer information and sales forecasts in our CRM system.
  • Participate in the development of commercial projects and contribute to the preparation of the Sales Plan, Budget, and Commercial Strategic Plan.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Availability to travel internationally.
  • High knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM management.
  • Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and analyze complex situations.
  • At least 6 years of experience in commercial positions, preferably in the chemical or intermediates market.
