About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist to join our SAP Digital team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through scalable, speedy, and personalized solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting the Customer Success board area with a broad range of services and methodologies across the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Support: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations on SAP and partner software solutions, tailored to discerning audiences, including top-tier company executives.
  • Demand Generation: Lead webinars, align with Marketing and DG priorities, and advise on APM - TPM to ensure we're always a step ahead in our outreach.
  • Digital Content for customer-facing situations: Curate and innovate digital content for customer-facing situations, aligning with advanced solution insights and market trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital presales, technology consulting, or a comparable customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in at least one solution/LoB segment and a history of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement.
  • Native in Nordic Languages, next to conversational fluency in English.
