Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic sales leader to head our wholesale sales team in Northern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans tailored to the region, leading and managing the sales team to achieve targets, and establishing relationships with key strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for the Northern Europe market
  • Lead and manage the wholesale sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to the C-Suite
  • Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform effectively
  • Identify new business opportunities to ensure growth and expansion
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior sales role within the retail industry
  • Strong network of contacts within the Northern Europe market
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a team
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
  • Proficiency in multiple languages would be beneficial
