Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of Wholesale Sales for Northern Europe to lead our sales team and drive business growth in the region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in senior sales roles within the retail industry and a strong network of contacts within the Northern Europe market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the Northern Europe market
- Lead and manage the wholesale sales team to achieve sales targets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market insights to the C-Suite
- Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform effectively
- Identify new business opportunities to ensure growth and expansion
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the retail industry
- Strong network of contacts within the Northern Europe market
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive and motivate a team
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Proficiency in multiple languages would be beneficial
