Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Mid-Market team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue and digital transformation in the UKI Mid-Market segment. You will work closely with our channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive incremental revenue and digital transformation in the UKI Mid-Market segment.
  • Work closely with channel partners to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Proactively engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and position our solution portfolio.
  • Manage and close deals to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Use our Digital Sales Motion to effectively engage with customers and partners.
  • Drive opportunity management of volume and value opportunities.
  • Maintain accuracy of CRM data for pipeline management and customer intelligence.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-8 years' experience in Mid-Market Sales environment or Field sales.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience as Quota Carrier.
  • Successful experience in multi-channel go-to-market models.
  • Knowledge of the ERP market for generalist Sales Executive.
  • Knowledge of a specific solution (Customer Engagement, HR, Analytics, Data Management, Digital Innovation Platform) for specialist Sales Executive.
  • Native/Advanced level English.

Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies

  • Master equivalent.
  • Native/Advanced level English.
