Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Executive to join our team at Importante empresa. As a Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling our innovative solutions to mid-size customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop a strategic business plan for your territory.
  2. Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas, KPIs, and forecast.
  3. Build strong relationships with CXO-level executives to position the value of our portfolio.
  4. Brief SAP executives on account strategies and drive executive interactions.
  5. Assemble and manage a virtual account team to position our solutions effectively.
  6. Identify, recruit, and close new customers within your territory.
  7. Pursue ongoing professional and personal development.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in complex solution sales.
  2. Passion for emerging markets.
  3. Successful experience in multichannel go-to-market models.
  4. Natural drive to excel.
  5. Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
  6. Good IT and business software knowledge.
  7. Capacity to listen actively and identify customer needs.
  8. Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry.
  9. Ability to articulate the SAP value proposition clearly.
  10. Ability to work independently with a strong drive for results.
  11. Strong facility with teamwork and adaptability.
  12. Relationship-driven and focused on the long-term.
Education and Qualifications
  1. Master's or bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  2. Fluent in English.
  3. Fluent in Spanish (mandatory).
