About the Role

Microsoft is seeking a top-performing Account Executive to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction by developing and cultivating strategic client relationships and delivering customized solutions aligning to the client's advertising needs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute Microsoft Advertising account plans, leveraging winning sales strategies replicated across clients and client types.
  2. Learn about the client's business drivers, compelling events, and seasonality of business to identify opportunities to optimize consumption.
  3. Influence existing Digital Marketing Managers and Directors, Digital Buying Groups by leading with insights and data to tailor content and messages about ways to grow and optimize campaigns to increase business results.
  4. Optimize the existing book of client business to achieve sales targets, delivering excellent sales hygiene, consistently executing against pipeline, opportunity management, and revenue goals.
  5. Support the Account Executive to build negotiation plans to ensure smooth closing and timely renewal of contracts while maintaining a positive approach during difficult objections & negotiations.

Requirements

  1. Extensive work experience in Digital Advertising Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising OR Bachelor's Degree in Digital Advertising Sales, Marketing, or related field AND 2+ years relevant work experience (e.g., Sales, Advertising, or Marketing with a focus on digital advertising).
  2. Extensive knowledge/experience in the Spanish Advertising Market.
  3. Experience of online media or search engine marketing sales and service experience required.
  4. Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed revenue goals or targets.
  7. Proven ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customised, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
  8. Strong analytical skills.
  9. Solid knowledge of the online advertising industry, trends, and customers' needs.
  10. Passion and curiosity for technology as an enabler for customer and company growth.
  11. Ability to travel up to 25% as appropriate.
