**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our EMEA team. As a key member of our organization, you will partner with leaders across Europe to drive business objectives through thoughtful, intentional, and innovative people support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with Regional Managers to understand business and talent needs, providing expert coaching on talent and performance management, employee relations, and change management.
- Lead the implementation of core HR cyclical activities, delivering training and partnering with managers on follow-through actions.
- Manage works councils, unions, and employee reps, facilitating changes to collective bargaining agreements.
- Independently guide managers through Employee Relations cases and determine approaches and precedents.
- Lead the implementation of EMEA initiatives relating to engagement and retention, as defined by HR managers.
- Provide manager coaching and advice on complex people matters, such as performance, absence, and conduct.
- Support HR managers with organizational design and change management projects.
- Hold business accountable for upholding culture and behaviors.
- Create and simplify policies, supporting their application by the business.
- Make recommendations on compensation offers.
- Compile and analyze people data metrics and provide recommendations.
**Requirements**
- 5-8 years of HR experience, ideally with some experience as a senior advisor or business partner.
- Employment legislation understanding for European countries, with a focus on Spain.
- Negotiating and dealing with elected employee reps, Spanish unions, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Fluent Spanish and English speaker.
- Experience leading Employee Relations cases in Spain, with other countries being a plus.
