About Cross Border TalentsWe are a leading provider in the electric vehicle sector, dedicated to delivering top-notch technical assistance to our customers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and expert guidance regarding our innovative car electrical charging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels, accurately documenting details in our case management systems and ensuring prompt responses.
- Address technical issues and requests that necessitate a comprehensive understanding of our products.
- Assist customers with technical questions related to electric vehicle charging equipment.
- Ensure all service requests are efficiently processed and resolved to the satisfaction of our clients.
- Keep customers informed about the status and resolution of their inquiries.
- Effectively monitor and manage all open queries, maintaining adherence to service level agreements.
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support when required.
- Work collaboratively with team members and management to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management to support team objectives.
- Fluency in Dutch (native proficiency) and B2 level in English.
- Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
- Excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
- Demonstrated success in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
