Schedule: Monday - Friday 08:00-20:00 / Weekends: 09:00 - 18:00 (Rotational shifts)
Salary: 22,000 EUR/ year

About Cross Border Talents

We are a leading provider in the electric vehicle sector, dedicated to delivering top-notch technical assistance to our customers. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive outstanding service and expert guidance regarding our innovative car electrical charging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming customer inquiries through various channels, accurately documenting details in our case management systems and ensuring prompt responses.
  • Address technical issues and requests that necessitate a comprehensive understanding of our products.
  • Assist customers with technical questions related to electric vehicle charging equipment.
  • Ensure all service requests are efficiently processed and resolved to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Keep customers informed about the status and resolution of their inquiries.
  • Effectively monitor and manage all open queries, maintaining adherence to service level agreements.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support when required.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and management to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management to support team objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in Dutch (native proficiency) and B2 level in English.
  • Experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
