About the Role

We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and self-motivated individual with a passion for hardware and good knowledge of power electronics, specifically buck converters. The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing on-site application support for EU Telecom, Networking, IPC, and Computing customers.
  • Designing, simulating, and validating power electronics circuits to meet the required specifications.
  • Developing application reference circuits (schematic and PCB).
  • Assisting in the creation of application notes, design notes, and articles in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Knowledge of power electronics (buck converters) and control.
  • Experience using laboratory equipment, including oscilloscope, power supplies, function generator, network analyzer, etc.
  • The ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
  • Good oral and written skills for communication and documentation.
  • Self-motivation and strong team player skills.

Location

This role is based in Barcelona, Spain.
