Key Responsibilities- Product Demonstrations and Training: Perform product demonstrations and training at customer or company sites, delivering product line-specific pre-sales activities.
- Seminar Presentations: Prepare and present seminars to a wide array of audiences, showcasing our products and services.
- Commercial Support: Support the organization in achieving regional commercial, service, and support goals.
- Troubleshooting: Tackle customer partner concerns optimally through in-depth troubleshooting.
- Product Knowledge: Remain up to date with product and groundbreaking scientific know-how, working in line with our Support & Service Competencies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: MSc or PhD in Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, Microbiology, Stem Cell Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- Experience: Experienced working with flow cytometry instruments, laboratory experience, and expertise in sample preparation and accurate controls.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with a diverse population of internal and external contacts in English.
Flexibility to travel throughout the area of responsibility (50-75% of the time). Valid driving license required.
