Key Responsibilities- Process Definition and Industrialization
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.

- Develop and implement process validation plans to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct process audits and identify areas for improvement.

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and associated equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and control principles.
- Experience with CAD and PLM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
