About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and equipment for new products, taking into account industrial policy, existing standards, and project constraints.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processes with engineering and production.
  • Estimate manufacturing workload and identify critical process steps for detailed process FMEA and full FAR/FAI.
  • Develop industrial documentation, including industrial data sheets and IMFU, and participate in validation of prototypes.
  • Define workstation layouts and perform line balancing to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Requirements
  • Engineering graduate, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Organization.
  • Fluent in English (B2 or assimilated), French would be an asset.
