About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Alstom in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda - Barcelona. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and equipment for new products, ensuring compliance with industrial policies, standards, and project constraints.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Production, to ensure seamless integration and efficient production.
  • Perform industrial documentation, including industrial data sheets and process validation plans.
  • Estimate manufacturing workload and identify critical process steps for detailed Process FMEA and FAR/FAI.
  • Collaborate with the industrial Costing Manager to ensure accurate costing and pricing.
  • Participate in R&D programs as an industrial representative and perform industrial REX on manufacturing processes.
