About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Alstom Gruppe. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for defining and optimizing manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring compliance with industrial policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and associated equipment for new products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production and quality control
  • Estimate manufacturing workload and identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain industrial documentation and specifications

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of process engineering, manufacturing work instructions, and line balancing
  • Experience with ERP systems, CAD, and PLM tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
